Time for a new CD?

Alicia confounds Fred

Yeah, I've drawn Alicia twice today. The first time, I was lazy and drew both of her outfits on the same picture, so that if I turn on a layer, her clothes change. I at least figured out how to do that in Painter 7.

However, the second time I drew her, I also noticed that I draw her head way way too big. Besides that, there really isn't anything interesting about her CD, except that about 10 years ago, I thought giving her a blue/pink CC was a good idea. I also still have no idea what she's wearing on top of her sweatshirt. And why she has a sweatshirt. And how it's pink. I guess I was trying to move away from the brown/brown look.

Hmm.

<looks>

Apparently, in the Summer '98 gallery, I have a pic of her and the thing over her sweatshirt is...white. My (newer) colour key says blue, which is based off ONE badly-photographed and hastily-coloured pic from '94. Assuming I didn't have said key in '98 when I coloured the CG...I guess I wanted to change it to white? Er...White/Pink/Brown/Blue doesn't look all that great, does it? Of course, that's not the right pink, either. (Hooray for photoshop.)

This entire CD raises a number of questions:

1) Why didn't I actually try a bunch of colour schemes before settling on this one?
2) What IS that thing over her sweatshirt?
3) People don't wear sweatshirts and skirts, do they? ~_~
4) Could it be a non-sweatshirt?
5) Why does she have a skirt, anyway? Doesn't that totally not fit the environment?
6) Will this teach me not to design a CC with pink in it?

Perhaps I ought to scrap and redo her whole CD/CC. Blah.
