Going to 11? 


Fred worries about burning out 

I'm very super busy this month.

At the beginning of the month, I noticed that I had to draw a lot, so I made a list. The list says: I have to draw 11 pictures (including the New Year's Card) and catch up on 5 web page updates.

In a typical month, I only have to draw about 4 pictures.

Cripes. But I was prepared and started working on them all. I feel like I may be improving on some level because it's not taking me quite as long to come up with an all right sketch. Although the final inking needs quite a lot of work. :\

I have been drawing steadily this month, which means I have finished uh...4 pictures. Not bad. But yikes, still a lot to do. I haven't been able to relax and experiment with drawing; everything I do has to be "perfect." Or at least, "acceptable." I worry that I may burn out, but I can't let that happen. No time! So...I'm trying to give my drawing hand a break whenever I can.
