Updating!

Fred Duck updates

I'm now trying to automate as much as possible. However, I just spent a huge amount of time trying to set up the Publish button in Mozilla because I forgot I'd gone to offline mode. As a result, all my publishing attempts failed. Finally, I noticed in troubleshooting that I might have to check my online mode.

WHAT?

Every other part of Moz will happily notify you that it can't possibly work because it's in offline mode, but not THIS!

Grah...

Anyway:
Programs now used:
JAlbum (free) for galleries
ImageWell (free) to scale images quickly
CyberDuck (free) for FTPing
Mozilla (free) for HTML editing / publishing
Painter 7.1.357 Mac (several hundred dollars) for all images

One thing with JAlbum is that it isn't working properly for me, for some unknown reason. The results are kind of...random. I want it to display comments without me embedding them in the image, but it's not doing that anymore. Nor is it creating Up links anymore. Huh??!

Also, I know my design philosophy was to generate something simple, clean, and informative. You'd know filesize, publication date, and whether the link had been followed. However, it's a bit too manual for my time now. :\

Anyway, FDN: CGA is all working, although 1 image set is missing, entirely. The counter was removed.

FDN's counter is also gone.

And like every single page in CFHP had to be redone. I used to have its homepage located at cfhp.htm, but when I had to move to Comcast, I threw it all into one directory under index.htm, and that messed everything up.

Everything should be working, along with a nice, shiny new FDN CGA update.
