CG is short for Computer Generated or Computer Graphics.
There is some fabulous art out there on the Web but it
is sometimes difficult to find. There is some pretty poor art out there
as well.
This page claims to link to the very best CG artists
I can find. The artists here typically are Japanese or draw with a Japanese-influenced
style. That is why this category is separate from "art." It is also separate
from "anime" because these artists do not always draw others' characters.
The exception to this is the category "collections," which
lists sites that house collections of art, rather than a particular artist.
Note: no sites contain nudity,
except the Picture Shrines. However, since the Picture Shrines house a
large amount of good non-nude art, they are included here. Additionally,
NLL is somewhat slow, so I haven't been able to look at every single picture.
